Leave Sasquatch Alone Society began, like many good ideas do, with a couple, a conversation, and a deep appreciation for the unexplained.
Founded in the quiet mountain community of Wolford Heights, California, we’re two longtime Sasquatch enthusiasts who found ourselves asking a simple question: what if the goal isn’t to prove Bigfoot exists—but to respect the possibility that it does? Somewhere between the endless debates, grainy footage, and “evidence hunts,” it felt like something was missing: the idea that maybe Sasquatch doesn’t need us interfering at all.
So we started this foundation to share a different perspective. One rooted in curiosity, yes—but also in restraint. We believe that the Bigfoot/Sasquatch community, whether literal, symbolic, or somewhere in between, represents a part of the natural world that doesn’t need to be tracked, tagged, or turned into spectacle.
At the same time, we don’t take ourselves too seriously.
This site is also home to a collection of novelty goods—t-shirts, mugs, and other items—designed with a dry sense of humor and a quiet nod to those who get it. It’s our way of building a community around the idea without disturbing the very thing we’re choosing to respect.
Whether you’re here because you believe, you’re curious, or you just appreciate a good tongue-in-cheek message, you’re in the right place.
Look around, stay curious—and above all, leave Sasquatch alone.
